5 Minute Abs Workout




Mike here, and I going to show you my ab crusher workout. This workout is fast, effective and the the great thing is that you can do them anywhere anytime. These highly advanced exercises will definitely get you the complete six pack abs that women adore.


Workout breakdown:

** You will need two small towels for sliding purpose.

**Each set is done for 15 seconds without rest in between the exercises. After completing all exercise rest for 15 seconds.

**Repeat for 3 Rounds total.

Routine:

-Pushup position sliding knee tucks

-Pushup position Frog slides

-Pushup position in and out slides

-Pushup position sliding mountain climbers
